Look/Appearance: Unfiltered, hazy yellow color, ridiculously huge extremely long-lasting white head (it is more like meringue than head), lacing is thin patch or thick frothy depending on the pour
Aroma: Light nose. Probably malty. Seems sweet, perhaps bready, but hard to tell through all the meringue
Taste/Flavor: Fairly well balanced. Malts with subtle bitter finish. Actually, very nicely flavored, enjoyable
Mouthfeel: Medium body, extremely high carbonation (the highest we have ever witnessed). Feels nice on the palate
Overall: Unfortunately, this is a very strange brew, but not because of taste or mouthfeel or any of the other normal features. Its aroma, flavor, and feel would give it four stars. We give it one star solely due to its ridiculously high carbonation which far-overshadows its good features. One cannot even start to fill a glass with lightest possible pour without foamy head overflowing the glass. This is the major detraction of this brew. Pour and wait, pour and wait, pour and wait . . . Pouring and waiting is tedious. We will not be ordering it again any time soon
