Nothing brings people together like beer and Destination Unknown brewers know that hops will draw music lovers like catnip. And when that beer is a west coast styled IPA, then that's just music to our tastebuds.
Its with a copper and amber pour that Hoppy Harmony sings a floral and piney tone with citrus and pine leading the way. Underneath its flat white froth lies a malty sweet taste of caramel, toast, light nuttiness and soft toast to suggest something of graham cracker in a moderately sweet foundation of flavor. As the hops billow to take command of the middle palate, the boldness of pink grapefruit, orange peel and hints of tropical fruit rinds before turning dry and bitter with citrus peel, peppery pine, dry resins and a pleasant grassy bite.
Medium bodied and trending drier as the session endures, this more piney and bitter session takes the mind back to a simpler time, kinda the way that music does.

Bronze in color with bronze tinted head. Super thick and lots of carbonation behind head. Great lacing!
Nose is pure dankness. Pine is prevalent. Taste is same, lots of pine overtones. Good bitterness on backend.!
