Has an amber color, with a huge, froth head.
Smells of lime, slightly sour yeast and biscuity malts. Citrus grows quite profound, while the beer warms up, featuring a sour fruitiness as the centerpoint of the nose, with sweeter malts shining through.
Has fitting carbonation among a light body.
Tastes of fizzy, bitter lemon, immediately wrapped up by toasty malts. The beer turns soon sweeter, with a faint lemon hint staying on the tongue. Finishes with a nice, slick dryness among biscuity malts and lemon zest.
By providing a pleasant balance with a good amount of juicy hops and slightly sweeter, bready malts the brew is well put together. Finishes a bit flat though, with aqueous minerality and lemon peel.
