For our annual 2023 fresh hop release, our brewing team crafted a Fresh Hop Extra Pale Ale. This beer is reminiscent of our original Muse Extra Pale Ale recipe with a fresh, modern take.
It was brewed with fresh Cascade hops from Northwest Hop Farms in Chilliwack, BC. In addition to the fresh hops, we added Simcoe Frozen Fresh Cryo Hops from Yakima Chief Hops, and Golden Promise malts.

Poured from a 473ml can. 45 IBU's. Brewed with fresh Cascade Hops from Northwest Hop Farms in Chilliwack B.C. and Simcoe frozen fresh Cryo hops from Yakama Chief Hops.
The hops used in this beer work well. a nice bitter finish without that wet grass taste.
