This beer is our 2024 annual Fresh Hop beer. This year we made a Fresh Hop Extra Pale Ale brewed with freshly-picked Mosaic hops from the famed Loftus Ranches in the Yakima Valley.
Fresh Hop season is our brewing team’s favourite time of year! We made the trip to the Yakima Valley to pick up freshly harvested Mosaic hops directly from the farm and rushed them back to Penticton for the brew.
Our 2024 Fresh Hop beer is a limited release beer.

16 ounce can packaged October 7, 2024.
Pours a very slightly hazed pale golden yellow with a finger plus of foamy white head.
Nose is a mixture of fruity aromas with herbal notes - berries, some citrus - lemon, grapefruit - and dank with hints of garlic, onion.
Sweet berry with pink grapefruit up front, some grainy cereal malt on the palate, but then a quick hit of dank, weedy, herbal hops and again that hint of garlic; there is a soft green bitterness at the back.
Light end of medium mouthfeel, moderate carbonation - easily drinkable without being overpowering or too aggressive. Dry finish.
