Lucky Envelope Brewing

Bright gold in color with excellent clarity and a tight, snow white head. Attractive in the glass. Fragrant and Citra forward with deep tropical tones, a smidge of dankness, some vegetal character, and a resinous background, Lucky Envelope is big on aroma, which encourages drinking. Light bodied but full of flavor, this Brut IPA delivers most of the expected dryness, but could go further. Might benefit from a bit more carbonation. Citrus, grassiness, and a bit of crackery pale malt come through on the palate. A lingering pine note strikes a familiar chord for IPA fans and invites sip after sip. Certainly a nice example of the style.
