Clear amber brew with plenty of frisky foam in the Troubadour tulip. Wonderful aroma of mango, roses, and cucumber. Tastes of tangerine, apple, and a touch of papaya. Some malty flavor and the right sweet note.
The aroma lasts with every sip, the fruit and a whiff of pine. Quite moderate bitterness with a touch of astringency like blackberry seeds. So fruity but not in the endless orange peel of the one-note NEIPAs. Hops are Centennial and Cascade with "a touch of Citra." The workhorse hops but so much flavor. From the 16 oz can purchased at Elizabeth Station.
