Pours a crisp clean beautiful pale golden colour. Initial head of large wet bubbles fades away pretty quickly despite active carbonation.
Nose is really lovely and inviting. Some floral and grassy hops alongside grainy malts. Simple clean and pleasant.
Flavour is much more muted, leaning more into the bready malts, though there is a light sweet note that feels like it's from the hops. A little bit floral/perfume-y. Maybe the perfume I get sometimes is what others call blueberry with mosaic?
Crisp and pleasant with a nice light bitter finish that lingers nicely.
I really dig it.
