Sustaining, creamy white head. Light straw color. Ample, grapefruit peel, with some other mixed citrus peel, for the aroma, with a good level of slightly sweet, lightly toasted barley malt. Mixed lemon and grapefruit peel, with a good amount of slightly sweet, lightly toasted barley malt, for the taste.
