We’re excited to share our bière légère brewed with pilsen barley sourced from the Champagne-region of France and dry-hopped with Saphir and Alsatian-grown Barbe Rouge. Expect a crisp, clean lager with notes of red ripe fruit, lemon, and wildflower honey.

16oz can (no date visible, but recent) into a weizen glass. Pours a crystal clear pale golden color, fluffy white head, lively carbonation.
Aroma is light, floral, slightly grainy. Old World hops and clean crisp water. Grassy, lemony.
Taste is crisp and refreshing. Subtle pale, biscuity malt. Finishes clean and dry.
Mouthfeel is light on the palate, goes down easy.
Overall, as far as my first “French Pilsner” goes, this was a success. A sessionable, refreshing beer for summer.
