Crisp, clean, and unapologetically Reinheitsgebot, this German-Style Pilsner emphasizes the beauty of simplicity—crafted with all-German pilsner malt and loaded hot side only with German hops for that perfectly floral, spicy bite. Our Pils is spunded for natural carbonation, patiently lagered, and filtered for brilliant clarity.

Clear foamy golden brew in the Widmer tall glass. Aromatic with alfalfa and hints of peach. Starts with some malty sweetness. Light body and fizzy on the tongue. Taste is distinctly resiny with a moderate scratchy bitter finish. Brief flavors of melon with a dank finish. Overall this is quite bold and bitter, but certainly a highly drinkable brew. From the 16 oz can purchased at Town & Country market in Shoreline. No apparent date. German Pilsner malts and German hops.

16oz can (no dates or codes) into a weizen glass. Pours a pale golden color with a frothy white head sustained by vigorous carbonation. This beer is beautiful.

Aroma is delicate—mild floral hops, slightly grassy, pale biscuity malt.

Taste is likewise subtle and refined. Gently sweet pale malt balanced by Old World hops. More floral and grassy notes.

Mouthfeel is light and crisp with a clean finish. Drinkable.

Overall a great rendition of the style. Excellent execution all around here.
