Our Anniversary West Coast IPA is brewed with Krush, Citra, and Simcoe hops. Bursting with citrus, pine, and tropical fruit aromas, it delivers a crisp bitterness and a clean, dry finish - everything you love about the style, dialed up for the occasion. Cheers to a decade of great beer!

Nearly clear amber brew with fine grained foam in the goblet. Citrus aroma is inviting, with peach in the nose. Sudsy and prickly on the tongue with a malty body. Just sweet enough with mixed citrus flavors. Some orange with the lemon rind and a resiny finish. Malty taste under the hops. Very nicely balanced brew, a little of everything and all mellow. Pleasantly bitter aftertaste and hops used with some restraint. From the 16 oz can purchased at the Coop market. Dated 04/20/25.

Poured into a Seattle Beer Week pint glass. Pours a lightly hazy, light to medium golden amber with a two finger white head with good retention and nice lacing. Aroma of lightly caramel malt, citrus and dank hops, orange, mixed light stone and ripe tropical fruit, light pine and some catty dankness. Flavor is lightly caramel malt, citrus and dank hops, catty dankness, orange, grapefruit, mixed light ripe tropical fruit and a little pine; moderate, but lingering, bitterness in the finish. Medium bodied with moderate creaminess. A pleasant West Coast IPA with good citrus and light pine, along with the tropical fruit notes that have crept into this style in the last few years. Nice balance of the new and old. Could use a bit more bitterness for my taste, but satisfactory and lingering. A nice anniversary IPA.
