10th anniversary, 10° Pilsner. Simple as that. This crips and refreshing west coast pilsner is a nod to both tradition and innovation. Saphir, Krush, and Mosaic hop bring together classic floral spice with bright citrus and tropical notes.

Light, clean, and bright with lingering aromatics. Pours a clear yellow with plenty of foam in the Brigand chalice. Slight malty sweetness with aroma of green melon. Delicious flavors of lime and melon with hints of citrus peel. Sudsy and prickly on the tongue in a refreshing way. Just enough bitterness in the aftertaste. Plenty of hop flavor without the overdose. I'm thinking this would be the beer to keep in the back of the fridge when you need something light and delicious. From the 16 oz can purchased at Skagit Valley Coop. Dated 04/30/25

Pour is a pale chalky/light yellow that's clear but not particularly crisp. Massive two fingers of lacy white foam sits on the roof. Not as much lacing along the glass as I'd expect/hope, but not nonexistent.
Nose bursts forth as soon as I start pouring. It's got lush floral and citrusy elements as promised. More meyer lemon and nectarine initially, as the head fades the glass takes on more of a dull lemon-y strain with a deep earthy underpinning. Some bready malts, but it's mostly the earthy low and the lemon high notes.
Flavour is refeshing and lovely. Bright floral and lemon and some spicy earthiness. The bitterness is present but not overwhelming and the high notes don't overstay their welcome. I'm left with a lingering earthy bitterness. Beautifully refreshing on a hot afternoon.
