Thin, quickly dissipating white head. Light, clear, gold appearance. Crisp, mineral laden, lemon peel aroma, with a bit of lightly toasted barley malt. Nice, lightly toasted malt, with a bit of lemon peel and some mineral like flavors, for the taste. Crisp but smooth mouthfeel, with a bit of body to it.

Clear golden amber brew with abundant foam in the Troubadour tulip. Aroma of cereal with green herbs in the nose. Clean and grainy taste, not much sweetness. A slightly astringent stemmy sensation with prickly carbonation. There are also hints of roasted malt and peach. Some distinct bitterness, but in the general lines of the Pilsner style. It's just a little more woody and resiny than most. Quite drinkable and tangy, with that slight fruity finish that adds to the pleasure. From the 16 oz can purchased at Elizabeth Station. Dated 6/9/25.
