We combined our gin-barrel-aged farmhouse ale with chanh muối, a Vietnamese salted preserved lime often used in a sweet, salty, and sour lemonade. We love the way the pickled lime plays off the herbaceous, fruity notes of the gin-barrel-aged blonde base.
