Not what I was expecting, though I had no expectations! This beer is great!

Pours deep amber, relatively clear, with an off white head that retains and laces well.

Citrusy, fruity, pungent aromas burst! Just a touch of weed and pine.

Tones of citrus in the flavor as well, but not at all sweet. Pine sap oozes on the finish.

Bitter for sure, and a bit sappy, but still incredibly easy to drink despite the elevated abv.

Wow, was this a pleasant surprise. I'm gonna have to go back for more. Cheers.

Overall I enjoyed the beer a lot! I saw it on tap at Cornucopia restaurant in Eugene, OR and had to give it a try. It was definitely unfiltered and strong, but overall very tasty! I wouldn't say it's a perfect beer just yet--but I expect Mancave to continue to perfect it--but it was delicious and I would have it again.

On tap at the Bier Stein, Eugene, OR. Poured into snifter. Look: Gravy was the first thing that came to mind. Unfiltered, murky brown with a hint of gray. One finger head that lingers throughout pretty nicely, some lacing. Smell: Huge pineapple and peach, a little bit of fresh hops. Alcohol present, a little more than expected, close to what you'd expect in a DIPA though. I like smelling alcohol in my Imperials. Taste: Pineapple and peaches, hop flavor is present, however it tastes almost like its been brewed a couple months ago. Despite this, bitterness is still present, an earthy hop flavor in the middle and a soapy bitterness at the end that lingers for quite a bit. Honestly, in the finish, a little too watery. Feel: Medium bodied, medium carbonation. Best part of this beer. Overall: enjoying it more as I drink it, however it's not perfect by any means. A little awkward, I can tell that Mancave are just starting, but I don't mean that in a bad way. It's a great amateur beer. Promising stuff, I can see this being great in the future.

Unfiltered so slightly cloudy, fresh smell, goes down smooth. Not too bitter but a nice crisp hopped flavor. Half of one beer and I was already feeling Exalted. Thanks for the buzz
