Gdańsk 24/7 2019. 50 cl bottle from Monopolowy by the Green Bridge. Cartoonish drawing of the Sheriff which looks more like a Hobo than the proud Enforcer of the Law.
Pours murky orange with a medium-sized white head. Settles as 0,5 thick layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. Crawling up the side of the glass. Substantial Lacing.
Aroma is intense, sweetly fruity with lighter citric notes. Peach, Melon and Mango. Fainter notes of Clementine, Citrus and grapefruit.
Medium strong carbonation. Slightly thick, prickly and lively texture.
Flavor is medium sweet followed by and balanced by a medium citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a light sweet undercurrent. Finish is fairly dry.
Well balanced, dry and fruity IPA. A bit overcarbonated but a nice drink.
