Bottle: Poured a pale golden color ale with a medium size foamy head with OK retention and minimal lacing. Aroma of lemony notes with some tart notes. Taste is a mix of tart notes with some lemony notes and light salty notes are also noticeable. Body is about average with good carbonation. Definitely an interesting experience but not sure it is something I would seek on a regular basis.

Kinda golden, a little bit darker maybe. Almost no head at all.
Aromas of tartness and citrus (lemon mostly). It smells sour.
There's a surprising sweetness when you sip it. Maybe it comes from the fact it's brewed with maize. Anyway, it's also pretty sour and acid, with a lemon finish.
Nice mouth feel. Was really surprised by this beer.
