Bottle: Poured a light reddish color ale with a nice foamy head with good retention and light lacing notes. Aroma of raspberry and hibiscus with some subtle notes of peppers is quite awesome. Taste is also a nice mix of raspberry and hibiscus with some light heat from the peppers. Body is about average with good carbonation. Very nice mix of fruity flavours with some light residual sugar and low heat from the peppers with overall good drinkability.

Ruby almost clear(slightly cloudy) liquid without any head, no lacing, can see some bubbles going up.
Nose is lactobacillus, lots of floral coming in too, peppery, hot pepper.
Taste has small red berries tartness, lactic acid, with a final hot pepper getting in, giving a long aftertaste.
While it is watery, there is quite an amazing mouthfeel for a 3.8% abv, the tartness, carbonization and the kind of burning of the hot peppers gives a big depth to the body! Quite surprising!
