Single hop IPA brewed and dry-hopped with Rakau. The beer is fermented with Kluyveromyces, a wild yeast found on New Zealand grapes. The beer then has apricot added to accentuate the aromatic qualities already present in the yeast and hops (thiols).

A:
Pours a semi-hazy hay color with two puffy fingers of white head. All right retention; think, sticky lacing. (4.25)
S:
Underripe citrus, mango, tart funk, grass. (4)
T:
Toast with grass clippings, lime juice and dirty water drizzled over the top. (3.75)
M:
Medium body with prickly carbonation and a loagy, oat-heavy finish that is tempered by the most delicate fruity tartness on the back corners of my tongue. (4)
O:
All right beer with an aroma that takes center stage.
It pours very nicely. The aroma is the star, with citrus, "green" aromas, and a ghost of green stonefruit tartness that lingers in the finish and helps save the feel from the curse of the same over oatification as was present in the Pacific Gem version. Not half bad. (3.75)
