Appearance - This beer pours a really cloudy orange in colour and has a mountain of foamy off white head. Looks fantastic. Carbonation appears moderate but definitely does the trick.
Aroma - I feel less excited when I bring it up to my noes though, On the can it says a "Tres Tres" hoppy beer designed for flavor hunters but I find it malt forward and cracker malt at that, I mean there is some grapefruit and a bit of pineapple but the cracker really outshines it.
Taste - On the flavor profile it rebounds a little bit, The hops are definitely more pronounced here. my problem here though is it isn't really juicy but floral and leafy hops that take charge. I mean I really don't want to come off as someone who sticks his noes up at IPA's that aren't juicy but I think flavor hunters want juicy.
Feel - Mouthfeel is a mid light body with just the right amount of carbonation prickling your mouth. This does make the floraly flavor a bit more pleasant.
Overall - I mean, I have to say here this isn't a bad IPA and definitely worth a try. Is it my favorite? no, not by a long shot but I think that comes more from the fact that I was expecting a different product from what I actually got. Don't judge a book by its cover is the lesson here.
