On tap at Bateau de Nuit. Clear golden. Smells of bready malt, a little sweetness, and fruity yeast notes. Tastes more of cereal and grain with a bit of sweetness. Faint spicy hops and some banana fruitiness in the finish. Light and easy to drink. Not a fan of the fruitiness, but it isn't enough to be offensive.

Clear dark straw/light golden color with good activity. Slightly foamy white 2 finger head, lasting around 5-10 minutes, not much legs nor much swirl reaction. Flavors of sweet barley, wheat, corn syrup, light minerals and lemon, and floral hops (willamette). A bit slick, kinda oily, medium to full bodied, with a moderate crisp. Light strength finish, dominant bread and cereal feel, ends with balanced flowery hops. There's a light lingering adjunct feel, very low fruit profile. Attenuation is not well done being overly sugary. Some more hops would be nice, also lacking some sharpness. The freshness is decent. Overall above average quality craft.

Can: Poured a clear golden color ale with a nice foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of cereal notes with light residual sugar notes is enjoyable. Taste is a nice mix of light residual sugar notes with some cereal notes with a smooth finish. Body is about average for style with good carbonation. Enjoyable Kellerbier but maybe a tad too much residual sugar notes.
