This IPA exemplifies the west coast. Crisp, intense hop character and tremendous balance define this perfectly colored IPA.

Appearance: slightly hazy yellowish orange color with a 1/2" head. Some mild lace paints the glass during the session.
Smell: some hop bitterness and citrus tones are most notable.
Taste: caramel, grapefruit, orange, a bit of pine and some earthiness. Bitterness is moderate and not over the top.
Mouthfeel: medium-heavy in body. Light crispness to start with a mildly dry finish. Long last aftertaste.
Overall: not a bad DIPA, but there is something missing to give it that flavor punch it needs.
