Appearance: golden yellow in color with a very white 1" head that falls to a spotty surface foam.
Smell: belgian yeast and some citrus rise from the glass.
Taste: nice malt presence with orange, lemon, cracked pepper, belgian yeast, and a nice bitterness. Alcohol is mildly noticeable here.
Mouthfeel: medium in body. Crisp from start to finish with a bit of dryness late.
Overall: a slow sipping but nicely flavorful tripel. One of the better beers I had at the brewery.
