Mellow and wheaty. Smooth malty flavor is quite inviting. Golden clear brew with a modest foam. Tangy edge with a fruity flavor. Not the most raspberry flavored berry brew I've had, but a pleasant fruity note.
This has the Duck Foot family style of the malty and grainy flavor. But it just doesn't taste like "gluten free." So apparently their enzymes are doing their job. A little Belgian dryng effect but not yeasty.
