October 19th, 2016 - This gluten free beer is a gentle introduction to the style, but has enough to satisfy those of us with guts that can handle that troublesome compound. It's a darker blonde brew with a very small halo for a head. Touches of white grape and pepper compose the nose, and offer a mildness which extends to the flavor. A light palate and gentle flavor offer a calm and borderline bland grain bill, but this is still good hot weather drinking.
