April 29th, 2015 - I'm winding down the taster list as I dip into the Company Finest City IPA. Clear and light, it looks refreshing inside of the glass, with just a veil of a head. The hop profile on the nose is similarly light and just a touch sweet, reinforcing the promise that this will be a soft and delicate pale ale. But the flavor turns out to be direct and intense. A fresh lemon edge cuts forward, followed by a dash of black pepper and dry white wine, giving it a gourmet and slightly luxurious flavor profile.

I had this on tap at the brewery. Not bad. A few tweaks would propel this ahead into another class.
