April 29th, 2015 - With the third taster now from South Park Brewing I'm beginning to suspect there is a carbonation problem. The IPA has all the potential to be a solid member of the style, with its danker aroma, and soft touches of tortilla. But the mouthfeel is flat, giving the banana and lemon flavors a sickly sweet aspect. The orange flavor survives just fine, but the rest of that ester rich flavor profile is made much worse by the lack of carbonation.
