They call this a "Session Belgian Blonde Brut" which is a lot to keep in mind as you sip. It's clean and crisp, lightly flavored, and certainly in the Belgian realm. Clear golden brew with a modest wisp of foam in the tulip. Wheaty Cream of Rice sort of cereal flavor.
If this was in cans it would be the warm-weather thirst quencher to seek out. From the 10 oz draft at the SP tasting room.
