We crafted a traditional Bavarian Style Wheat Beer also known as a German Hefeweizen. The result is a hazy wheat ale true to form with a wonderful fruity aroma and notes of banana bread and spice. A natural and elegant wheat beer.
Grains: Wheat, Pilsner, Munich Malts
Hops: Hallertauer

Shining Star is not retired!!! Nice, cloudy, golden color with a nice head. Hint of sweet banana in the aroma. It goes down very smooth with that typical hefeweizen taste of banana. It does not linger long on the palate, but is has a sweet and satisfying finish. Good American version of a Bavarian classic
