From a growler picked up at the brewery.
A - pours clear dark brown with no visible carbonation. Just a few bubbles left on the top of the glass.
S - toasted malts, caramel
T - toasted malts and caramel with some nutty flavors (walnut comes to mind) and maybe a little chocolate as well. A hint of smoke on swallow.
M - body is medium-full, with a fairly low carbonation. Just the right amount of bitterness to balance the sweet malt flavours.
O - very enjoyable brown ale, one of the best browns I've had from Ontario.
