On tap @ the brewery; poured a clouded pale gold with a 2 finger white cap ...rich gristed grains aroma (couldn't smell any corn) leafy hopping and some light dextrin.... medium bodied, smooth and mellow...flavor is rich in malts, well balanced with spicy noble hopping, lightly sweet, has a long wet rich finish with malts and hops in balance...clean, rich, satisfying...if they were trying to reproduce a prohibition era lager they did a good job and I would definitely recommend prohibition lager of the thin, LME and rice slop of post prohibition...this lager has character.... and no, you cant taste corn.
