I had this beer on-tap at the brewery in an old-school schooner glass.
Appearance: light golden hue with a light haze and a thin layer of ivory foam. They call this a hazy IPA but the haze is a little thin for the style.
Smell: kinda light with a slightly sharp fruitiness with both tropical and citrus notes. Not too bad.
Taste: lightly malty with perhaps a bit of a crisp, crackery quality. Hops lend a light fruitiness, with a mostly tropical character and a dash of citrus. Not a juice bomb or anything, but a nice IPA.
Mouthfeel: medium body with a decent carbonation and pretty good creaminess.
Overall: this is definitely on the more “crisp and refreshing” side of the NEIPA spectrum, but I like it. It’s certainly drinkable!
