44 cl can poured into a proper pint glass in Toulouse, FR.
Nice rich foam cap above bronze gold clear IPA. Espiga Brewing is proud to buy fresh hops from the Yakima Valley in Washington, US, through a company called ‘Lupolorex’. (Says so on the can.)
Fresh hops indeed! Nice nose full of fresh Zeus, Azacca and Zappa here, friends!
Taste is unpasteurized West Coast IPA. Familiar, way way fresh, well balanced, quite delicious.
Mouth is medium. Carbonation as well.
Overall, good American-style IPA coming out of Barcelona, Spain? Yes, please!
