Tap hit fresh at Beer Mosaic in Toulouse, France.
This triple IPA is a special 10th anniversary collaboration with Beer Mosaic. Hazy, exclusively Mosaic hops. Nice creamy scum.
In aroma and taste, there are notes of tropical fruits such as mango, white nectarine and citrus. Very silky, dry finish.
Mouthfeel is medium leaning full, there’s fine prickly carbonation.
Overall, a worth Anniversary TIPA, one of the best single hop hazies I’ve had in a long time. Well done!
