Taste brings the Yakima Valley in the US, not Barcelona in the EU. Yeah yeah., Mosaic, Citra and Simcoe. All good, but terribly familiar and nothing original or unique, this being a 10th Anniversary brew. It’s sweet and not counterpointed with bitterness. Adding barley flakes for smoothness proves unnecessary, as it mutes the strength of a potent hop mix.
Mouth is full. Carbonation properly prickly and medium.
Overall, it’s a nice TIPA. Rated accordingly. But a brewery’s Special Anniversary brew? No.
