Copenhagen 27/2 2019. 50 cl can from Ørsted Vine, Frb. What looks like a deserted condo with falling leaves on the can.
Pours a milky, murky maroon with big off-white head. Settles as 1cm thick layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. Clinging to the sides of the glass. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is quite sweet with lighter citric notes. Strong odor of sweet exotic fruit. Melon, mango and papaya. Acerbic, citric notes of Grape fruit.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, oily and soft texture.
Flavor has a strong sweetness followed by and balanced by a medium strong citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a sweet undercurrent of sweetness. Lingers for a while.
Solid APA from the sweet side of the road. But it does look like something prepared in the cauldron by a Witch.

On tap. Really hazy, murky bright yellow color with off-white head. Aroma has milky yeast notes and pineapple. Taste follows with milky yeast and mellow fruit notes. Hoppy but not very bitter. Light body with medium carbonation. Easy drinking but not very intense on the flavors.
