Sample at Mikkeller Beer Celebration Copenhagen 2017, green session. Really hazy bright yellow color with creamy off-white head. Aroma has dank hops, chives and grains. Tastes like a hoppy milkshake, a bit astringent with low bitterness. Really smooth on the palate.

On-tap served in a stemmed glass at Mikkeller Bangkok.
Very cloudy pale golden yellow hue, it comes with very thick fluffy white head that long-lastingly withstands with great strength of retention before slowly subsiding to a lasting bubble film covering atop and leaving numerous of refined yet sticky lacing wave all around.
The aroma is so tropical and very fruity yet juicy hoppy eden, here come pineapple, passion fruit, lychee, unripe mango, lemon, grapefruit, slight earthy, and some pine. Malt is also there in the background with a touch of sweet biscuit.
The taste follows what reflects in the aroma. Pineapple, passion fruit, lychee, unripe mango, lemon, grapefruit, slight earthy, pine, and resin, all of these flavors are derived from the greatness of hop while malt lays down and covers the foundation of the flavor structure with its sweet and biscuit. Hop comes back at the finish with some bitter kick that is also well lingering in the aftertaste.
The body is light to medium with crisp and lively carbonation to carry everything well under the smooth palate sensation. Finish is pleasantly dry.
This one is great hazy pale ale. Light, lively, juicy, and so tasty, do not hesitate to get some when it happens to be on your way.
