Sample at Mikkeller Beer Celebration Copenhagen 2018, Blue Session. Clear golden color. Aroma is yeasty, tart and rustic with some dank fruit notes. Taste is tart, yeasty and floral, really well balanced with fruit pit bitterness on the finish.
