Copenhagen 30/3-2021. 44 cl can from Meny, Borups Alle, Frb. F. Green can with a elegantly submerged lady.
Pours opaque, hazy yellow with a big white head. Stable. Settles as 3 cm thick blanket of foam covering the surface of the beer. Crawling up the side of the glass. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense despite the foam. Sweet odor of tropical fruit. Peach, mango and pineapple. Strong citric sent. Citrus and lemon. Whiff of pine trees.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, soft, smooth, silken texture. Lightly tingling.
Flavor is quite intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by stronger citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a sweet undertone. Lingers for a while. Finish is semi-dry.
Pleasant, smooth yet intense Indian Pale Ale.

On tap at biercab in Barca. Appearance is hazy like a NE DIPA. Nose is creamsicle, mango. Taste is a little too sweet and there’s too little body for my preference, but overall a good beer.

On tap at Himmeriget.
Pours a hazy yellow with thick, creamy foam.
Smell is tropical and juicy. Mango and pineapple dominate, along with some grass.
Taste is softly bitter and very tropical. Lemon and mango lead the way followed by hints of vanilla and licorice.
Mouthfeel is medium, soft and well carbonated.
Overall, a terrific IPA, balanced and super drinkable.
