Copenhagen 8/7 2024. 44 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. Alefarm’s usual design with a little simple drawing of people taking care of a park.
Pours opaque hazy, golden yellow with a big white head. Stable. Settles as thin but unbroken layer of foam just covering the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is medium intense wirmth a pleasant sweet odor of ripe Stone fruits mingling with tart citrus fruit. A little sharp. Peach and apricot. Grapefruit and lime.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, oily, smooth, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed and balanced by a medium strong bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter but with a sweet undertone. Lingers for a while. Finish is rather dry.
Pleasant and well-balanced - with a well-placed bitter bite.
