Copenhagen 8/7 2021. 44 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. What looks like a butterfly moving in slow motion on the can. Very psychedelic.
Pours unclear - almost hazy - golden yellow with a small white head. Settles as thin patchy layer of foam struggling to cover the surface of the beer. No lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet odor of tropical fruits mingling with a sharp, citric scent. Light whiff of fermentation. Peach and apricot. Passion fruit. Citrus and grapefruit.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, almost flat texture.
Flavor is intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a stronger citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. Lingers for a while. Finish is dry with a searing quality.
A not too boozy DIPA with a lot of intensity. No reason to worry at all.
