Copenhagen 5/11 2019. 44 cl can from Best of Beers Web-shop. Drawing of a fragmented face in a broken mirror.
Pours slightly unclear pale yellow with a medium-sized white head Bubbly. Settles as thin, patchy layer of foam unable to cover the surface of the beer. Crawling up the side of the glass. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is moderately intense, malty with a light citric touch. Sweet pale malts, hints of lemonade with an odor of citrus and sugar. Lemon.
Light carbonation. Thin, watery, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium sweet balanced by a medium strong citric bitterness. Lingers for a short while. Lightly bitter finish.
Light crisp fairly simple Kölch with a citric touch.

Not bad for an Alefarm beer but it remains a drink of thirst. Not really layered per se. It's mostly malty and shows almost no hop presence. The finish is crisp
