Copenhagen 18/11 2019. 44 cl can from Best of Beers Web-shop. Drawing of Cupped Hands filled with water on the can. Looks like the Cover from the Annual Report from a NGO.
Pours unclear yellow with a medium-sized white head. Settles as thin, almost transparent layer of foam just managing to cover the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a solid sweet malt base and strong citric notes. Sweet caramel, light odor of tropical fruit. Mango and Peach. Orange and Grape fruit.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, smooth, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor has a fairly strong sweetness followed by a slightly more moderate bitterness. Lightly acidic aftertaste with a sweeter undercurrent. Semi-dry finish.
Pleasant smooth and fairly sweet IPA. Good Company.
