Copenhagen 5/8 2021. 44 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. Some crooked trees, a meadow and some mountains in the horizon on the can.
Pours unclear - almost hazy - golden yellow with a mid-sized white head. Stable. Settles as thin but consistent layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet odor of stone fruit and tropical fruit mingling with a more subdued citric scent. Apricot and mango. Oranges and citrus.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, oily, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is fairly intense with a strong fruity sweetness followed by a medium strong bitterness. Aftertaste is sweet with a lurking bitter undertone. Lingers for a while. Finish is semi-dry.
Quite light and a bit sweet without being boozy.
