Copenhagen 14/7 2019. 44 cl can from Best of Beers. Psychedelic rendering of Planet Earth on the can. The Continents are the color of sausages and the Seas are turquoise.
Pours hazy, milky, pale yellow with a medium-sized head. Bubbly. Settles as thin, bubbly, patchy layer of foam unable to cover the surface of the beer. Moderate Lacing.
Aroma is medium intense, citric, fruity and slightly acidic. Dominated by citrus fruit like Grape fruit and Lime. Sweeter exotic fruit lurking in the background. Peach and Mango.
Medium strong carbonation. Slightly thick, watery, lively texture.
Flavor is lightly sweet followed by a medium strong, citric bitterness. Aftertaste bitter. Lingers for a bit. Dry finish.
Nice APA even though a little thin. Perfect on a Summer evening rating in the graden.
