Copenhagen 4/3 2021. 44 l can from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. A little eco-system balancing atop of a huge tree on the can. The version I am drinking holds an ABV of 5,0.
Pours opaque, hazy pale yellow with a huge white head. Settles as 3 cm thick, lumpy, un even layer of foam totally obscuring the surface of the beer. Massive lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with sweet, fruity odor of exotic fruit mingling with a more subdued scent of citrus fruit. Mango and peach. Pine tree Citrus and lime.
Medium strong carbonation. Medium thick, soft, smooth, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is fairly intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by slightly stronger citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. Lingers for a while. Finish is semi-dry.
Nice, fruity, silken APA.
