Copenhagen 22/11 2019. 44 cl can from Best of Beers Web-shop. Drawing of Paper-cut of a Nuclear Family on the can. Looks like a weird advertisement for Family Planning.
Pours opaque, hazy golden yellow with a small white head. Settles as thin layer of foam just covering the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is intense and of sweet malts and lightly fermented citrus fruit. Subdued odor of sweet malts and light exotic fruit. Stronger odor of Citrus and Grape fruit. Light whiff of alcohol.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, oily, greasy, smooth, almost flat texture.
Flavor is medium sweet followed by a stronger citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. A bit acidic. Lingering. Semi-dry finish.
Solid DIPA from the civilized and pretty side of the street.
