Copenhagen 3/11 2019. 44 cl can from Best of Beers Web-shop. Drawing of what looks like a lonely Castle standing in a barren wasteland on the can.
Pours hazy, opaque, golden yellow with a medium-sized white head. Settles as thin but frothy layer of foam just covering the surface of the beer. Crawling up the sides of the glass. Substantial Lacing.
Aroma is medium-intense and very citric with a sour twist. Oranges, Clementines and sour Citrus. Hints of Sweet Peach. Slightly acidic.
Medium strong carbonation. Slightly thick, smooth, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is lightly sweet followed by a strong citric-sour bitterness. Aftertaste is juicy and acerbic. Lingers for a bit. Dry citric finish.
Citric, juicy, sour NEIPA. Fresh but a bit on the Acerbic side.
