Copenhagen 16/3 2020. 44 cl can from Beerlivery web-shop. Drawing of what looks like a close up of plant stem on the can.
Pours hazy golden yellow with a big, white, bubbly head. Settles as 0,3 cm thick layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. Clinging to the sides of the glass. No lacing.
Aroma is intense and has a light sweet, exotic fruitiness soon overpowered by tart berries. Pineapple and peach. Strong odor of sour, unripe gooseberries give an acerbic touch.
Light carbonation. Thin, oily, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium sweet followed by a stronger, tart sourness. Aftertaste is sour but not without an underlying sweetness. Lingers only shortly. Dry, sour finish.
Very much on the sour and dry side - refreshing while it dries your mouth out.
